Óváros tér is perhaps the most beautiful square in the city, the center of the old town. The history of the square goes back a long way, the market used to be here, and most of the houses that were built were inhabited by wealthy merchants. At this historic location, we await our guests with authentic Hungarian food at 26 Óváros Tér. The history of the town and the former owner of the building, the Lohonyay family, is brought to life in our restaurant, which is also reflected in the name. We welcome our visitors with a wide selection of Hungarian food and drinks in cooperation with the region's primary producers, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs growing animals and plants. We make sure that everyone finds a dish that suits their taste, but primarily Hungarian gastronomy comes to life in the Lohonyay kitchen.

Here you can enjoy the flavors of real Hungarian gastronomy in an intimate, familiar environment. Our romantic terrace and wine cellar offer wine tastings with a cheerful atmosphere, where we list the wines of small and large wineries in our country. Lohonyay Vendéglő can be an excellent choice for partner meetings or a pleasant evening gathering with colleagues. We provide the opportunity to organize family and company events, and we also undertake catering at external locations. Our restaurant welcomes everyone every day of the week.
